Ed Bingham’s career started in the Mental Health Sector after obtaining his BA in Psychology from Whittier College in California. After dedicating 20 years to his career, Ed decided to change course and obtained his Associates in Science degree in Computer Support from Ivy Tech Community College in Indianapolis, Indiana to pursue his passion working with computers and technology. In 2015 Ed came aboard the ITI Smart Solutions team as our lead onsite systems technician and handles our customer’s Service Level Agreement (SLA), including network systems and servers. Ed oversees all active monitoring of customer’s servers to ensure they continue to operate smoothly.

His experience in the mental health field makes him an asset to our ITI Smart Solutions team and operations by ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction with his ability to remain passive and focused when difficulties arise.

Outside of his Computer Support solutions with ITI Smart Solutions, Ed Bingham is a proud father of two. His daughter is working towards a Doctorate in Psychology from University of Indianapolis and his son is about to graduate from Purdue University with a BA in Civil Engineering. He is also an active member of Indian Creek Christian Church. In his spare time he enjoys playing guitar and creating Christian Metal Music.
